To integrate art, science, literature, history, and geography with hands on exploration and experiences, encouraging children to think critically and discover God in connection to our world. By staying grounded in Truth, striving for sensibility and simplicity, fostering curiosity, and learning from mistakes, we bring our children up in Christ while living Down to Earth.
We are a non-denominational Christian homeschool education enrichment program and co-op with an annual per child membership fee.
We understand the unique challenges of homeschooling; and we provide a supportive, supplemental program and community that works to alleviate some of those challenges.
Our drop off homeschool education enrichment program runs for 8 months (29 Mondays) beginning September 9, 2024 and ending on April 22, 2024. Our hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Crossbridge Church, 10101 Judge Winikoff Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33428
Moms also meet every Friday for park days and field trips including during summers while the Monday program is on break. Monthly participation in Fridays throughout the full year is required to maintain membership. Failure to participate can result in termination of membership without refund. Our program emphasizes COMMUNITY over curriculum. If you any questions or concerns about this policy, please do not hesitate to email us.

Elena is a loving wife to her husband, homeschool mom of two children, and a retired nurse. After years of patient care in the hospital setting, she retired from nursing to focus on family and homeschooling. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and although she no longer practices, she still geeks out on all things science. She's constantly reading, researching, learning and critically thinking to find better answers and solutions. Elena’s teaching style emphasizes the importance of asking questions, while instilling a deep love for learning and the confidence to share ideas. Her husband is a local firefighter, and she is part of a big Italian family with 2 brothers and 4 sisters. She believes that homeschooling is God’s calling, and is excited to see what He has in store for the future of Down to Earth Co-op families who have chosen to answer it.

Kelsey is a homeschool mom of two children, the wife of a firefighter, and a South Florida native. She has a strong love for teaching, beginning at a young age. In her teen and college years, she was blessed to work in children’s ministry at her childhood school and church for almost 10 years. After studying Elementary Education at the University of North Florida, she spent her time nannying and directing extra-curricular and educational children’s programs. She believes learning should be FUN and that is reflected throughout her teaching style and everyday life. You can always find her singing, dancing, and finding ways to turn everything into a celebration (after coffee, of course). Kelsey is excited to enrich the homeschool journey for children and their families alongside her own; and is thrilled to be a part of what Down To Earth Co-op represents. Let the adventure begin!
