 We are excited to be recruiting 2 classroom assistants for Down to Earth Co-op's 2025/26 program year!!  Adults and teens welcome! All applicants must have reliable transportation and  be available on Mondays from 9am to 3pm. 

Duties may include:

• Preparing and passing out class materials (for example, assisting with putting paint on trays, and passing out paint brushes)
• Light cleaning (for example, assisting with cleaning/tidying up at the end of an activity, wiping down tables, vacuuming and/or sweeping)
• Being an extra pair of eyes monitoring the children, and being available to help with small requests from the children (for example, helping to open a snack, use scissors, tie shoelaces)
• Maintaining a positive attitude and expression while engaging with the children
• Must be able to lift objects (boxes or bins) up to 50 pounds
